It’s time for our Fit Family Challenge, sponsored by Coca-Cola! This healthy family lifestyle program for our parent community takes place April 15-June 9, 2014, and connects you to free fitness classes, local fitness events and expert advice. Remember, you must have a class pass to take advantage of the free classes, which you can download after you create your Fit Family Challenge account.

Fit Families in the Garden at McDonald’s – May 17, 2014, at the McDonald’s at 1830 Walnut St., Cary. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Learn about composting and planting, and discover the benefits of working in a garden. This is a Carolina Parent Fit Family Challenge registration and participation event. Free.

You must have a Fit Family Challenge Class Pass to attend free classes, which you can download once you have registered for the Challenge. Only certain classes are being offered as free and you must complete the class in order to obtain the code you will need to register it as one of your Fit Family Challenge activities.
