Plan a Fun July Fourth Kids Party Within Budget

This Independence Day, how about throwing a kid-friendly Fourth of July party, right before the sun goes down and the fireworks begin. We’ve got some good old-fashioned ideas for fun and food that delicious yet inexpensive.
