Great Wolf Lodge Concord Is Back, With Increased Safety Measures
Time to plan your much needed staycation
Great Wolf Lodge Concord reopens its doors to guests on Thursday, September 17, 2020. Families can expect to find all the things they love about the lodge including the nearly 80,000 square foot indoor waterpark, cool accommodations, attractions, food and fun with enhanced safety measures. The lodge, which includes 402 rooms, will require guests 5 and older to wear face coverings when at the resort except at the waterpark.
With the reopening, the company introduced its Paw Pledge program focused on keeping families healthy and safe and includes operating at reduced occupancy to allow six-foot separation, space marker queues for waterslides, front desk, lobby, shops and other public spaces, increased hand sanitizer stations, contactless payment options and more.
Guests can still enjoy tasty treats in the comfort of their rooms with remote ordering pick up.
In addition, Great Wolf Lodge employees will undergo wellness and temperature checks before going to work and be required to wear masks when maintaining social distancing is not possible.
“The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests, pack members and community has long been our guiding principle at Great Wolfe Lodge,” says Murray Hennessy, Chief Executive Officer for Great Wolf Resorts. “During our closure, we heard from countless families who said the destination they’re most looking forward to reopening is their local Great Wolfe Lodge, and we’re elated because there is nothing more precious to us than providing a joy-filled escape for families.”
