Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups

Make this healthy, 5-ingredient snack in a jiffy

Great for a summer pool break or dessert, you can make these healthy frozen yogurt cups in a jiffy using just five nutritious ingredients. 

Makes 12 cups



1 cup of granola (try a high-protein, lower-sugar variety, like Bare Naked)

1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil

1 tablespoon of honey

24 ounces of Greek yogurt (I love Siggis brand)

1 cup of mixed berries, mashed (can be fresh or frozen)



  1. Combine the granola, butter/coconut oil and honey together. Fill plastic cups or a muffin tin with cup liners and divide the granola mix across all, covering the bottom of the cups or tins.
  2. Fill each cup or tin with Greek yogurt, then top it with mashed fruit.
  3. Freeze for two or more hours before serving.
