Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups
Make this healthy, 5-ingredient snack in a jiffy
Great for a summer pool break or dessert, you can make these healthy frozen yogurt cups in a jiffy using just five nutritious ingredients.
Makes 12 cups
1 cup of granola (try a high-protein, lower-sugar variety, like Bare Naked)
1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon of honey
24 ounces of Greek yogurt (I love Siggis brand)
1 cup of mixed berries, mashed (can be fresh or frozen)
- Combine the granola, butter/coconut oil and honey together. Fill plastic cups or a muffin tin with cup liners and divide the granola mix across all, covering the bottom of the cups or tins.
- Fill each cup or tin with Greek yogurt, then top it with mashed fruit.
- Freeze for two or more hours before serving.
