In 2012, licensed by Hasbro, K’NEX began manufacturing TINKERTOY sets out of plastic, but after hearing from lifelong fans of the product, K’NEX began manufacturing nostalgic 100-piece wooden TINKERTOY sets in time for the 2017 holiday season.
