As you enjoy the last few weeks of summer break, enter our back-to-school contest for a chance to win school supplies for your student. If you win, your child will score some great products, and you'll save a few bucks!

From an adorable Laura Ashley mini backpack available at Target.com, Scribble STUFF pens and Marvel Nalgene water bottles; to a variety of fun Post-it products, Fiskar Color Change Scissors and Five Star padded binders, there are some great products up for grabs here. In two of the prize packs, we've also included a signed copy of "Please Don't Let Me Be the Oldest Mom in the PTA" by local author Sharon O'Donnell — a fun read for moms of all ages.

Fill out the form below the prize pictures and indicate which prize pack you are interested in winning: school supplies for ages 4-10, 11-14, 14-18 or all three. We'll randomly choose a winner for each prize pack Friday, Aug. 10. Good luck!
