My Summer Stories: Summertime = Watermelon

I associate watermelon with summertime ... crazy I know, but let me explain. Watermelon is one of my favorite things to eat but is only really available during the summer months.I can remember every summer eating watermelon with my mom, whether it was inside or outside, we didn't care. We would even buy it at neighborhood festivals over funnel cakes, ice cream cones and other sweets.
