It's swimsuit weather, but if you're a mom with a tot, you know that fitting into a swimsuit can be about as difficult as fitting exercise into your life. Sure you want to shape up for summer, but hiring a babysitter gets expensive, and then there's the cost of the class itself.

Now Stroller Strides, a Triangle-area fitness program for moms that invites stroller-aged kids to class, is offering a free week of workouts from June 25 to 30. The free classes in Raleigh, Cary, Apex and Chapel Hill offer a 1-hour, total body workout for mothers while their kids, ages 6 weeks to 4 years, attend in their strollers. Kids are entertained with songs and fun, while moms take part in cardio and abdominal exercises and strength training. You can go to class as often as you like, and all fitness levels are welcome, including pregnant mothers who have their doctor's approval to exercise.  For full details on the free week, visit Stroller Strides.
