Healthy Summer Recipe Kids Love: Easy Fruit Salad

Kids will love the sweetness of this fruit salad, which is great to take on a picnic or to a family gathering. Fruit may be easily substituted with your family's favorites.

Ingredients

1/3 cup lime juice

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 pound of grapes

1/2 small watermelon,

cut into 1-inch pieces

2 cups blueberries

2 cups sliced strawberries

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Mix lime juice and sugar in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. Place all fruit in a large bowl and pour the sugar mixture over fruit. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
