Serves birth-21 years; free to families. ECAC is NC's Parent Training and Information Center for families of children with disabilities. Providing individual assistance with educational concerns, workshops on a variety of topics, a lending library of resource materials, a newsletter, and ifnormation and referral services. No charge to families.

Serves ages 4.5 and up; fees vary; hours are 9am-7pm, Mon.-Fri. Several finance options.
