Our online guide to kid-friendly local restaurants - as rated by our readers - includes information about who has clean bathrooms, where the staff is friendly, how many highchairs are available and, most importantly, where kids can eat for free.

We asked Carolina Parent readers to share their thoughts on family-friendly dining in the Triangle. Below are your comments. All listings were submitted by readers and are based on their opinions. Details at each location are subject to change without notice, especially the “Kids Eat Free” offers. We encourage you to call ahead you have questions about kid-friendly specifics at any of these restaurants. (Restaurants that received multiple recommendations are noted in parentheses beside their names.)

If you know about other restaurants who offer free kids' meals, please let us know. We'd love to add them to our list. E-mail us or call 919-956-2430.
