Since 1999, Carolina Parenting Inc. has honored an elite group of 40 North Carolina businesses annually who value the balance of family and work for their employees. Companies are lauded in the September issues of our magazines, in press releases and at local events.  They use the award for recruiting, for company synopses and to align themselves with other high-profile companies who have reputations for offering the best to their employees.

We are beginning our nomination process for the 40 companies to be honored in 2008.  If your company, or a company you know about, has family-friendly policies deserving of recognition, please complete the simple form below and return it by April 1, 2008.
