Strawberries are ripening across the Triangle this month. Not only are strawberries juicy and delicious, they pack a healthy punch. 

Pick your own strawberries or purchase a freshly picked pint or two at the local farms listed below. Note: Before heading out to one, call ahead to verify operating times. Some farms may not open until May, and operating hours may also vary depending on weather, produce availability and how well the strawberries are growing this spring.
