Be an important part of Carolina Parent’s 2017-18 Education Guide — a separate annual digital and print resource publication — and in our online directories for education, preschool and child care resources. The guide, which will be available in November 2017, covers K-12 private and charter schools in the Triangle area; boarding schools; area preschools; and education resources, including tutoring/academic support, foreign language programs and home schooling. Our Child Care Directory, which includes child care facilities, before- and/or after-school care programs with transportation provided to and from school, drop-in care and nanny/sitter services, is an online resource only.
We will also be updating our Special Needs Resources online directory and plan to include the following sections in our Exceptional Child special section of the Education Guide: Developmental Delays and Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Challenges, Mental Health/Behavioral Counseling, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, Special Education Programs and Schools, and Speech/Language Therapy.
Choose the appropriate form(s) at the links below for your organization:
If you provide an educational preschool, a K-12 private or charter school in the Triangle area, or an out-of-area boarding school, please fill out the online Education Guide: K-12 Schools and Preschools form.
If you offer a tutoring/academic support program, a foreign language program or are a home schooling resource, fill out the online Education Guide: Other Resources form.
If you are a child care provider and offer a child care program, before- and/or after-school care with transportation to and from school, drop-in care or nanny/sitter services, or are a child care resource and referral agency, fill out the Child Care Directory form.
If you offer both an early learning program and child care, complete both the online Education Guide: K-12 Schools and Preschools and Child Care Directory forms (links are above).
If you offer specific programs or services for special needs children, fill out the Special Needs Resources form.
