Before they become butterflies or moths, caterpillars have to grow up fast and avoid lots of hungry predators. Learn about the daily life of a caterpillar, and explore real cocoons and chrysalises. After the story, your child can make a craft and search for caterpillars, butterflies, and moths around Lake Crabtree Park in Raleigh. This activity takes place May 2, 1-2 p.m., and is ideal for kids from 6 months to 7 years of age. Preregister for this free program.
