Experience ‘Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition’
On April 15, 1912, RMS Titanic, the world's largest ship of its time, sank after colliding with an iceberg, claiming more than 1,500 lives. One hundred years later, Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition, docks at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh.
Experience Titanic's fateful maiden voyage and take on the identity of a real passenger onboard the ship. Explore magnificent re-creations of its interior and discover how Titanic met its tragic end.
The exhibit, with 200 artifacts retrieved from the wreck site, runs through April 28, 2013. Exhibit tickets are $14 for adults, $11 for students, $9 for ages 5-11, and free for ages 4 and younger.
