This will mark their second appearance at DPAC — the first was a sellout.
The Tenors have been thrilling audiences around the world with their powerful songs and outstanding harmonies. Blending classical music and contemporary pop, the band has achieved international success, showcasing their diverse vocal styles and performing in more than 700 shows on five continents.
The Tenors have had the honor of sharing the stage with some of the biggest names in music including Sir Paul McCartney, Sarah McLachlan, Sting, Neil Young, Andrea Bocelli, Elton John, Smokey Robinson, Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie and David Foster. They have also made more than 150 television appearances, including "The Oprah Winfrey Show" with Celine Dion and the "Primetime Emmy Awards" broadcast.
To celebrate the band’s return to DPAC, Carolina Parent is giving away two tickets to the May 17 show, along with a $50 dining card to Counting House, the modern restaurant located in the heart of downtown Durham at 21c Museum Hotel. Led by executive chef Josh Munchel, the restaurant’s menu features a global perspective on regional dishes using seasonal ingredients.
