DIY Balloon and Rice Emoji Stress Balls

Kids have stress in their lives, too. Whether it comes from the pressures of academics, athletics or friendships, this little project is sure to help. Not only are these stress balls fun to make, but they can relieve stress through squeezing, smashing and tossing.
Blow up the balloon to expand it, then let the air out. Fill the balloon with rice to form a ball. Knot the balloon, then add faces with permanent markers.
