Mark your calendars for a special event taking place at the Museum of Life and Science in Durham Sept. 6-30!
Carolina Parent is excited to partner with the Museum of Life and Science to bring our readers and museum visitors the Curiosity Trail — an exciting opportunity for learning, new experiences and family time. Here are the details:
Date: Sept. 6-30, 2016
Time: Museum operating hours
- Tuesday-Saturday: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday: noon-5 p.m.
- Early member access begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday-Saturday
What: The Curiosity Trail encourages learning, exploration and fun at the Museum of Life and Science. Explore exhibits you’ve never seen before, or view them in a different way through museum clues. The Curiosity Trail has two paths. Participants can complete each trail in about two to four hours, and are allowed to complete both trails so they can be entered in the prize drawing twice (details below). - 1st place is a year of wonder (four experiences with related prize items).
- 2nd place includes science books and gifts below from the museum's Elements store
