As part of an effort to raise funds for foster children nationwide, Green Hope High School student Wilson Matsuo has created LOVED gift bags, which he and his family make from sturdy, decorative fabric donated by a furniture company in Greensboro. Matsuo is donating 100 percent of the proceeds from these handmade designer stringed bags to One Simple Wish, and for every bag sold, he donates one bag directly to a foster child. The bags measure 12-inches-by-16-inches and cost $24.78 each. Purchase a bag at etsy.com/shop/lovedbywilson.
Note: We incorrectly listed Wilson Matsua as being a student of Cary High School in our print December 2016 issue. We apologize for this error.
