Monday, July 13th: Topics covered: Chopping onions and garlic, learning to read recipes, kitchen safety, setting a table, making crepes. French Cuisine.
Tuesday, July 14th: Topics covered: Mincing vegetables, learning to weigh and measure ingredients, making pasta, roasting. Italian Cuisine.
Wednesday, July 15th: Topics covered: Chopping Tomatoes, growing your own vegetables, making paella. Spanish Cuisine.
Thursday, July 16th: Topics covered: Chopping herbs, cooking with herbs, grilling, making pita bread. Greek Cuisine.
Friday, July 17th: Topics covered: Cutting potatoes, making vinaigrettes, sauteing, making spaetzle. German Cuisine.
The camp for ages 11-14 years old will run Monday, July 13th-Friday, July 17th 9 am to 2 pm.
