Description

Enjoy a plated English style tea served from 11am to 2 pm at the Wake Forest Historical Museum. This location is also the starting point for the garden tour, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Many gardens are within walking distance but several require driving to other parts of town. Plein air artists will be painting and selling their art, as well as birdhouse sales and plant sales by local plant growers.  Information and online ticket sales are available at www.wfgardenclub.org.  Tea tickets are $20 and tour tickets are $15.  The Wake Forest Garden Club is the longest continuing civic club in Wake Forest.  Proceeds benefit beautification and educational efforts.
