Attach to file to your e-mail and send to: mprior@carolinaparent.com
- Make sure your e-mail clearly states the NAME of the ad, and any other information we may need to know about your ad
placement, etc.
- Also make sure to send a contact person we can call if there is a problem with the ad.
- For a camera ready ad, we strongly recommend you also fax us a copy of the ad for proofing.

If your ad is over 2 mgs it may not transmit over e-mail. If it bounces back, you may send large files to us by following these steps:
Go to www.yousendit.com (this is a free service that allows you to upload your file). Follow their instructions to upload your file Be
sure to type in our e-mail address, mprior@carolinaparent.com for delivery Be sure to send an e-mail or identify who this ad is coming
from so we will be able to confirm receipt of your ad.
Please send ads in PDF format whenever possible.
You can also send the ad as a JPEG file. For best results, you should compress the file using STUFFIT or a similar compression program.
This reduces the file size and also makes it less prone to corruption during transmission on the internet.
You may also hand deliver or mail ads on a CD. Mail or deliver to:
