Carolina Parent is happy to design your ad at no charge. Please follow these steps to insure your ad will be what you want.
- It is best to submit your request in writing, via e-mail or fax to us. You can do this through your ad rep, or send directly to
Mia Prior, ad designer at mprior@carolinaparent.com. Fax: 919-956-2427.
- If you want your logo on the ad, please send the logo in GRAPHIC FORMAT attached to an e-mail. Please DO NOT
send it on a Word or Publisher document. We need it in the original format, such as JPEG, EPS, TIFF, PDF.
- If you have photos you would like, please send them in JPEG format and make sure they are high quality images, that
will be 300 DPI once sized in the ad.
- Please provide in your e-mail detailed instructions about what you want the ad to say, and any ideas you have about
how you want it laid out. If you have any sample ads or have seen an ad you like, please let us know.
- If you have a particular font that you must use for your company, you can ask if we have it here. If we don’t have it
in our collection, you will need to provide the font to us, and it must be a Mac based font. Windows fonts will not work
on our computers unless it is an open font.
- Please get these materials to us by the 10th of the month – ad deadline day – so we have time to make the ad, and
send a proof. There will be time for you to send us changes until we have the ad just the way you would like it.
